The Supply Team’s mission is to bring to Backmarket.com the best
refurbished devices that people want, at a good price and with a level
of quality which is as good as new. To deliver this mission, the
Supply Team has three main objectives:
* Chasing and acquiring new merchants, with talented Business
Developers (BDs)
* Onboarding new merchants and guiding them throughout our platform
and quality requirements, with great Onboarding Manager (OBs)
* Helping merchants maximize their revenue while meeting our quality
standards, with amazing Seller Success Managers (SSMs)
The Supply Operations Team is here to drive operational excellence by
providing insights, tools, processes, and projects to help BDs, OBs,
and SSM focus on high value tasks and meet their quality and sales
targets.
As a key member of the Sales Enablement Team, you will be in charge of
most of the Supply tools (Modjo, Aircall, 360Learning, Salesforce) to
measure their impact, drive their adoption and follow & negotiate the
yearly budget for the Global Supply team.
Working with the other members of the Sales Enablement team you will
help tailor the best solution thanks to the tool we already have or
help benchmark new ones. You will also be close to the Product
Management Team in Supply efficiency to report the need on the
Salesforce side.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
* Own the Supply tools (360Learning, Modjo, Aircall): measure their
impacts, follow and negotiate their budgets
* Own the design and delivery of enablement programs including
continuous learning, skill development and large-scale business
initiatives
* Identify Areas of Strength and Areas of Improvements for our Supply
Team
* Update existing programs and deliver a first class onboarding to
have new recruit prepared to have success in their new role
* Build and implement a Sales Training Program to have, grow and
measure of it
* Centralize key information (journeys, processes, tools) in The
Supply Knowledge Hub and hold recurrent Sales coaching sessionsMake
sure that the Supply team has the resources, processes and tools
needed to be successful by challenging our Sales methodology
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
* You have a first experience in sales or operations
* Proficient in Project Management
* Knowledge of content and managing training
* Your have an excellent written and verbal expression
* You are familiar with tools form the Atlassian suite (Jira,
Confluence)Strong team spirit, encouraging of others initiatives
