JOB DESCRIPTION:
A new job opportunity as a CONTRAT MANAGER has arisen at Airbus in the
_Procurement _department.
The job holder is focal point to several procurement sub-commodities (
in Procurement Equipment and Systems organisation).
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate the contractual contribution to Calls for Tender and
provide awareness sessions to enhance contractual competence within
the commodity
* Provide advice and guidance to the procurement commodities on all
contract related matters
* Draft and negotiate contracts together with the procurement
commodity buyers ( back office or facing suppliers)
* Draft and negotiate complex contract amendments and settlement
agreements together with procurement commodity Buyers
* Review and sign the contract validation form (CVF), which
summarizes the key elements of the contract (executive summary, main
deviations, risks and opportunities of the contract)
* Deliver analysis of contracts during the contract execution phase
and/or in case of dispute between Airbus and suppliers concerning
existing procurement contracts
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
* Legal nad/or Business background or experienced Buyer
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
* Solution oriented
* 3-5 years experience in a Procurement service
