What you’ll do: * Working closely with the VP Sales, you will help him build a GTM annual operating plan & budget. * Responsible for assigning Salesforce quotas and territories and ensuring Pigment sales objectives are covered and complete. * Responsible for defining, maintaining and reporting sales performance metrics. * Establishes sales compensation program rules, policies and procedures. * Drive our sales performance by managing the complete sales, onboarding & success processes in our CRM Salesforce in cooperation with our sales leaders. * Diagnose the need for sales enablement tools, select and implement best in class sales enablement software and other technology tools, which facilitate the lives of our BDRs and AEs. * Lead standardization of processes and tools and drive continuous improvement to optimize productivity. * Engaging with sales teams on guidelines, requirements, corrections, quality assurance, and coaching. WHO YOU ARE: * 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales Ops role, best case additionally in a Sales role. * You have a very good knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies. * Knowledge of sales enablement and sales automation tools is essential. * You possess strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. * You are a Salesforce expert, knowledge of HubSpot is a plus. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * You speak English fluently, French is a plus.
