Position Purpose: The Lead - Workday will operate and maintain
technology products related to the Workday Enterprise Resource
Platform. This position will report to the Director HRIS - Workday.
The position represents an excellent opportunity to be a part of
support and implementation on a dynamic team in fast growing
organization. Job Requirements: • Provide functional and technical
support, identify and troubleshoot system problems • Develops,
manages and support system integrations • Develops and runs more
complex queries and reports • Conducts ongoing audit and quality
assurance to ensure data integrity • Performs testing for software
upgrades and other system changes • Interact frequently with end
users • Stays current with changes in the technology platforms •
Develops, implement and maintain the Workday processes and procedures
• Assist in documentation of HCM processes and procedures •
Participates in the gathering of business requirements and prototyping
business solutions Qualifications: • Workday HCM configuration,
testing and implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Information Systems, or related area •Between 3 to 5 years
of helpdesk or support experience using a ticketing system with level
1, 2 or 3 support • Create business requirements, translate business
requirements/designs into product functionality, identifies gaps in
product capabilities and proposes alternative solutions • Expertise
in the use of MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Visio • Familiarity in working within a structured project delivery
methodology • Strong written & verbal communication skills •
Excellent teamwork and client service skills • Able to estimate work
effort, develop schedule and honor commitments • Able to follow
through on assignments and issue resolutions • Able to convey a
strong presence, professional image and deal confidently with complex
business problems • Experience in Human Resources functions (i.e.
Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting) is a plus
