BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BUSINESS UNIT (BU) HEATING MATERIALS

ABOUT US
The Sales and Marketing department is responsible for global sales and
Global product management. The department outlines the product and
sales strategies and is also responsible for delivering on the
strategic targets.
We are aMulti-talented team characterized by a mix of strengths within
business and business strategy. The team comprises of Sales managers,
Global product managers, product managers, field sales, inside sales
and technical marketing.
YOUR MISSION
In this role you will be responsible for the overall process and way
of working regarding Business development within BU HM materials. NPD
sales, market share gains, new customers, target identification and
key performance indicators to support the organization. You will be
the bridge between the strategic ambitions of our global product plans
and our sales teams taking an active part in realizing the business
development activities set out in the overall BU strategy. You will be
part of the Sales and Marketing management team and report directly to
the Head of Sales and Marketing.
You will coordinate regional business development team
meetings,co-operate with product business teams, and you will be
responsible for the business development process within the BU. You
will also lead business intelligence initiatives connected to
strategic direction, target identification, identifying new segment
market size etc. The role also includes responsibilities for
initiating business development initiatives globally and in regional
business development teams based on global product strategies.
International travel is included in this role but with limited
frequency.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with a master’s degree in a relevant
field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Further on
you have strong commercial experience and true willingness to
collaborate.
As we act both locally and on the global stage, you are fluent in both
written and verbal English. Swedish and German will be meriting.
Your personality truly makes the difference! You are creative,
entrepreneurial, self-motivated and your professional style is based
on creating trust through communication.
The location for this position is flexible between our Swedish site in
Hallstahammar (Sweden) and any of our other sites across Europe.
