Customer Support Fuel Systems Engineer (H/F)

Job Description: An exciting opportunity for a Fuel systems engineer (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse (Blagnac site). You will be part of the department in charge of Engineering Support for Propulsion Systems (Engine and Nacelle), APU, Fuel, Bleed and Air Systems. Description of the job As the successful candidate you will join a dynamic team of engineers providing technical assistance on fuel systems topics for the complete in-service fleet of Airbus commercial Aircraft. The team ensures timely responses to daily queries, monitor the in-service main events and retrieve/analyse customers’ feedback to identify/guide the corrective actions to be taken. In the frame of this activity, stand by needs to be ensured. For both activities, close relationships are built with other Airbus Customers Services departments, several Airbus Design offices and suppliers. Being part of this team, you will also represent Airbus at major conventions and customer meetings (Airline Symposiums, technical forums etc) If you are open to challenges, if you like having varied activities, where your priorities may change from one day to the other (ie. solving technical topics with Airlines, working on long term topics etc) , building trustful relationships with our customers, constantly developing yourself, technically but also from a human perspective, then this job at Customer Engineering support is made for you. Required skills We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: * Engineer with experience in aircraft systems, with a preference but not obligatory in Fuel systems. * Negotiation level in English, written and spoken (This is a very important aspect of the job as it involves all communication, either with customers or with the design offices both written and verbal to be performed in English) Soft skills: * Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written. * Highly concerned by Customer support and service minded * Good coordination and relational skills to deal with Customers, Design Offices, Vendors and other Airbus departments. * Team player, adaptable, flexible If your profile catches our attention, you will be invited to perform a video interview during which you will have a few minutes to tell us about your background, motivations and your professional project.
