We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the team as a RESERVATION AGENT (M/F/D), FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (FROM MARCH UNTIL AUGUST 2022). In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ... * You’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic to discover our hotel by making them want to have fun with us * You’ll always keep your cool and well organized – even when the phone rings and emails arrive at the same time * Your charming nature sets you apart and you make sure that there is a bit of magic in every booking * You are responsible for accepting individual reservations and processing them (entry, confirmation, receivables, update the database for customers…) * You like challenges and you love to - sell, sell, sell * You contribute to drive up the occupancy rate * You’ll play your role as host from the first “Hello” to the final “Thank you for staying with us – See you soon” Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ... * You already have experience in the hotel industry or travel agency * You can speak English fluently with our customers from all over the world * You’re a computer scientist and booking systems don’t scare you * You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good * You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests.
